Corinne has been working in the Environmental field since 2010 and has been with Current since 2019. She has worked extensively in the fields of contaminated sites, environmental monitoring, and instream restoration, including amphibian salvage and construction of amphibian crossings for trails, logging roads and highways. She thoroughly enjoys fish habitat restoration projects and shoreline restoration projects.
Corinne was one of Current's lead field staff working on the Pacific Rim National Park Reserve ʔapsčiik t’ašii Trail Project and the Bamfield Main Road Surfacing Project. She has extensive experience working throughout Vancouver Island and Haida Gwaii, as well as in the Columbia Valley, Kootenay Region and Northern BC and on water quality monitoring projects in Watson Lake, Yukon Territory.
Corinne enjoys volunteering for beach cleanups, especially on less accessible beaches on the rugged west coast of Vancouver Island, and loves rollerskating, paddleboarding, hiking and camping during her time off with her rescue pup and family. She’s usually sporting a high-vis hair colour and a smile.
